Mariah is a Boulder-area native who believes that being an artist is more than a profession or skill, but more a way of existing in the world and navigating each day. Despite no formal training in art, Mariah’s lifetime of artistic exploration and her enthusiastic passion has lead her to working full-time as an artist and art teacher.

Mariah’s main medium is Acrylic paint. Her work is inspired by Colorado, landscapes, organic shapes and animals. She uses bold colors and like describes her art as an exploration of rich color pallets and striking textures.
