The inspiration for TopSkirt came to me many years ago while freezing my booty off at my kid’s soccer games. Parents would wrap up in blankets, sleeping bags, or whatever they could find in the car. Everyone’s wearing a warm coat, but below the waist, we were still freezing. That’s when I thought, “our legs need a coat, too!” And TopSkirt was born. I hired a small crew of talented seamstresses and, as a team, we have created some warm, cute, and versatile TopSkirts. All of our TopSkirts are custom-made here in Colorado. You can choose off the rack or custom design your own skirt.
