We’ve missed our community and we can’t wait to welcome you back to rediscover the Civic Center Area and Boulder Creek Festival! As the unofficial kickoff to summer, Boulder Creek Festival is the festival where community comes together and right now human connections are more important than ever. As county and state regulations begin allowing for more activities, the Boulder Creek Festival team will carefully and thoughtfully bring back this beloved community event (as well as the exciting new Summer Sundays Marketplace) for 2021. While we are excited to have greater flexibility to plan events, we realize and respect that not everyone is ready to experience large gatherings just yet. With that in mind, we will share our thoughts/plans and address our policies as details become finalized. As rules and regulations change, you can find updates on our on this page. We kindly ask that everyone respect each other and our potential individual varying levels of comfort. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Boulder Creek Festival this summer!
BY ENTERING THIS EVENT YOU AGREE
- You are not sick, have not been sick, do not currently have any symptoms, or have been potentially exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- Boulder Creek Festival will take reasonable precautions to mitigate risk for those in attendance, following the current health guidelines of Boulder County. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Team Player Productions, City of Boulder, and the participating businesses and their staff.
- You agree to follow event safety protocols as outlined by Boulder Creek Festival, and local and state health officials.
- By entering the event, you grant permission to the Festival the right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken at the event, for the purpose of publication, promotion, advertising, or trade. The holder of this ticket, through attendance, approves that images of themselves may be used in future promotional materials. You hereby release Team Player Productions for all claims and liability relating to said images or video.
